My name is Hartley and I am an Electrician. I have been doing electrical work for over four years and have four years of in the classroom learning experience. I was born and raised in Charleston and have always loved it here. My goal with Dunes Electric is to help fellow Charlestonians with their electrical needs and wants, all while having a smile on my face and a good attitude.
